Fernanda Paes Leme (herself), a famous actress and TV personality in Brazil, feels overwhelmed and unaccomplished despite her thriving career. Just as she decides to play a Hamlet adaptation to find a lost sense of meaning, she has her social media accounts stolen by an identical doppelganger. Business flourishes as a quarantined Fernanda investigates who stole her identity and why, as she tries to redefine herself personally and professionally. Best watched on smartphones with headphones.
Actor, director, and screenwriter. Paes Leme created, scripted, and directed the FakeLive web series, which is his directorial debut. FakeLive has already amassed over 7 million views and is was the most awarded work at Rio WebFest 2020.
Lily has been homeless for a year and a half. She used a phone to tell us her story.

His girlfriend has left him and he is in quarantine. Locked in his painful loneliness, Mateo, a young painter, seeks an escape on an online dating site. By mistake he meets Lily, a sweet young woman from China with whom he lives a tender friendship, without knowing that she is enduring the drama of a toxic relationship. Between talks and games, love arises in Mateo. He is determined to get on a plane and meet her. However, Lily is not ready for a love story.
Miguel Reyes is a Peruvian born, Lima based editor and filmmaker. After graduating from the Peruvian Institute of Advertisement in the Audiovisual Communication area (2014), Reyes made numerous audiovisual pieces in the advertising field and edited his first documentary film ‘Ciudad Infinita’ (2019). He is currently continuing his studies in Communication and Advertising at the Southern Scientific University and directing his first short film ‘The portrait of loneliness in quarantine’ (2020) that was made with smartphones during quarantine.
An analysis of Alfred Hitchcock’s behavior with his actresses in his movie sets. Taking archive pictures and intertwining them with images of an XXI century woman, exploiting our audio senses, an experimental look is created. This allows us to have a different perspective on a period of them in the film making industry where many actresses were victims of a sexist panorama.
Matilde Calado is “a young filmmaker that portrays what is closest to her, the things that are dearest to her, in her very special way. Always with projects where intimacy is shown with generosity and fondness. Her movies are Lacking in embellishments because the beauty in them is in the little details. She started by making documentary films, like ‘The Birth Statement’ and ‘Photographs That I Never Took’. Recently this filmmaker made her first fiction ‘Alice by Night’.” – Sara N. Santos
‘TO THE SEA’ is a dance film that celebrates youth, friendship and the freedom to roam. Set on the west coast of Scotland and shot over the course of a single beautiful day, the film follows two young men as they bound across the open beach and traverse the landscape from early morning to late afternoon. With music written and performed by emerging artist FINLAY, the track “Higgs Boson” from his debut album “Self & Others” is the lead inspiration behind the narrative for the work, providing the momentum for the running sequences choreographed into the piece.
Jamiel is a Dancer, Choreographer and Mobile Filmmaker based in Glasgow, U.K. His classical training was received at Central School of Ballet between 2007 – 2009 and Jamiel joined Scottish Ballet in 2009, becoming a Soloist in 2016. During the current U.K. wide quarantine & lockdown, Jamiel produced his own series of Mobile Isolation Creations and after receiving several yet to be announced commissioned, decided to create the crowdfunded #FundFreelanceDance project: getting freelance Dancers and their related Artists and Services back into paid jobs, doing what they do best.
“My birthday was on the 3rd of April 2020 during lockdown, and for the first time, I celebrated it all by myself. But even if I was alone, I decided to celebrate it as if it’s the last one.”

Hadi Moussally was born in Lebanon in 1987. By age 18, he decides to go study film direction in France where he acquires a first master’s degree in “Fiction Cinema” from Paris-Est Marne la Vallée University. Moussally then chooses to take on a complementary masters in “Documentary and Anthropological Cinema” from Paris X Nanterre University, in the course of Jean Rouch. In that respect, Hadi Moussally acquainted himself with reality-cinema. The anthropological and documentary approach accustoms him with the sense of keen observation of his subjects and alerts him to the importance of instantaneous shooting; whereas his fictional background gives him the urge of creating sensual, esthetically pleasing imagery universes.
